María Margarita Segarra Lagunes got a PhD in History and Conservation of Art and Architecture (Roma Tre University) and is full time researcher at the Department of Architecture of Roma Tre University, where she teaches Conservation of Architectural Heritage. She is involved in numerous research projects on the history and conservation of architectural heritage, and has carried out restoration projects on monuments and archaeological sites. She has published numerous essays on architectural history and restoration of monuments.
